2. Products and Services
BlueWave Industrial Supply specializes in the supply of submarine fiber optic cables, HVDC power cables, repeaters, splicing equipment, and related accessories for telecommunications and offshore energy projects. All product specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance by BlueWave Industrial Supply. Prices displayed on the Site are in USD and do not include shipping, taxes, or import duties unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are not considered binding until confirmed by our sales team.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified on your invoice. For large orders and custom projects, we may require a deposit before production begins. Late payments may result in delayed shipment or cancellation of orders. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, check, and credit card (subject to approval).
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. BlueWave Industrial Supply is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, customs, or carrier issues. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Product Warranties
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for a period of 25 years from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or acts of nature. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery of any defect.
7. Returns and Refunds
Custom-made products and special orders are non-returnable. Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection of returned items.
8. Limitation of Liability
BlueWave Industrial Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or equipment failure. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BlueWave Industrial Supply or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.
